Add employees to your Pinterest account

To add employees:


1. Sign in to your Pinterest business account.

2. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the down arrow icon.

3. From the menu, select Business Access.

4. In the navigation bar on the left side, click Employees.

5. Click Add Employee.

6. Choose the role you want to assign to the person you add.

7. Enter your employee's business email. You can enter multiple email addresses at once

8. Click Add employees.

9. To assign permissions to the people you've added, click Assign ad accounts or click Maybe later, if you'd rather later.


Alternatively, you can add employees. Just click Ad accounts in the left-side navigation bar, select an ad account, and click Assign employees.


To manage employee roles:


1. Sign in to your Pinterest business account.

3. From the menu, select Business Access.

4. In the left-side navigation bar, click Employees. Your roles will appear next to your name, under Role.

5. Click the name of the employee whose role you want to edit.

6. Click the edit icon next to Role, under the employee's name.

7. Select Employee or Administrator, depending on the role you want the employee to have.

8. Click Save changes.

To add a user, do the following:

How do I create a Facebook Page?

  • The added person must accept from their account, the administrator role. They will receive the invitation as a notification on their facebook.
